:: Get Ready for YC

JANUARY

• Promote! Promote! Promote! Share the vision. Show the video. Check out the website.
• Get a Fundraising strategy in place.
• Start thinking about accommodations for your group.

FEBRUARY

• Get Help! Recruit chaperones, a transportation and fundraising coordinator.
• Set up a YC Info table in your church.
• Personally invite students to YC. A little personal interaction and interest goes a long way!

MARCH

• Earlybird Registration OPENS March 1 at 10 a.m. MST!
• Pray with us!
• Fundraise.

APRIL

• Earlybird Registration ENDS April 12. The rate goes up from $135 to $150.
• Compile an info package for delegate and their parents. Include details regarding the weekend schedule, money matters, attire and weekend rules. Make sure parents have Leader contact info for the weekend.
• Meet with leaders and chaperones regarding the expectations for the weekend.

MAY

• Regular Registration ends on May 16. The rate goes up from $150 to $165.
• Registrations after May 16 must be completed online or on-site. For those who still need to register or pick up tickets/wristbands, on-site registration begins at 3 p.m. on Friday, May25.
