Q: What about registration discounts?

A: Take advantage of our Earlybird Registration. See registration section for details.

Q: Can we register for a portion of YC Alberta 2012? (ie. a concert, a main session).

A: No, YC Alberta is designed to be a closed conference as opposed to an evening rally or festival.

Q: Do youth leaders, sponsors, and chaperones have to pay the full registration fee?

A: Yes. All who attend are required to pay. This helps keep the cost for students much lower. We know that youth leaders, sponsors, and chaperones will also benefit from the ministry of this weekend.

Q: Can youth attend without chaperones?

A: We ask that all youth under the age of 18 attend with a chaperone or under the supervision of a youth group. We strongly suggest a ratio of 1 youth leader for every 7 youth.
